I see there's an environment.yaml -- I wonder if you wouldn't mind my adding this, too, which is a bit lighter weight (my usual workflow is to just use a pretty stripped down virtualenv).

Note: Excludes TF and TFP since we may want to switch between stable and nightly versions.
